Sync timeline
Each source system flows through the same pipeline: source-of-truth → ingestion adapter → chunking → embedding generation (text-embedding-3-small, 1536 dims) → Pinecone upsert with metadata → search-ready. On-edit sources sync within 30 seconds. Hourly sources sync at the top of each hour. Weekly sources sync Monday 04:00 UTC. Failed syncs alert the owning team via Telegram.
