Connection health
Each integration has a 5-minute health check that pings the source endpoint and validates response shape. Failed checks trigger Telegram alerts to the owning team within 60 seconds. Sustained failures (3+ consecutive) escalate to ops on-call. All auth tokens rotate weekly via the platform secret manager.
